CCHEST operates certification programs for safety and health practitioners at the technologist/technician level. Since 1985, the organization has operated as a joint venture of the American Board of Industrial Hygienists and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. CCHEST certifications, including the OHST (Occupational Health and Safety Technologist®), CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technologist®), and STS (Safety Trained Supervisor®) are nationally recognized peer certification programs. The 40 Under 40 Award is given to the 40 rising stars of the Philadelphia area, selected for their professional accomplishments and commitment to the community. The Philadelphia Business Journal published this list on a yearly basis honoring members of the Philadelphia community who have proven themselves to be the most promising young leaders.
Since forming Crown Safety LLC in 1999, the company has secured an impressive client list including Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies.
